Blue-eyed beauties...

I've been drooling all night over one of my best friends' 2 gorgeous little girls. Check them out. They could be models or something. Seriously. Such sweet and well behaved little girls too. I just love them to pieces. Christy does hair and we always trade a photo session for her doing my hair. We had so much fun catching up with each other all afternoon while I snapped away in the studio and then she worked on my disastrous hair that was in dire need of a cut and color. :)

I could have shot these two girls all day long. I totally overshot them as it was and overshooting means tons of editing. I'm having such trouble narrowing down the pictures. Christy you are just going to get a TON of pictures. I'm pretty sure that will be okay with you, right? ;)

Can I just say that this purchase was worth every freaking penny?!!!!! In. Love.





Um, yeah.... definitely the cutest dimples I've EVER seen in my life.

Here's some more of adorable baby Marley. She is by far the most alert and strong little newborn I have ever seen! Despite our best efforts- she would not fall asleep at all for us :)

Jamie + Russell

So, I normally do NOT shoot weddings and I've had several people ask me if I do and I always tell them no and refer them to someone else who does. But, when my cousin Jamie called me a couple months ago to tell me that she was getting married on 9/9/2009 and she wanted me to take their pictures, I couldn't say no.

I left and took a 2 day trip up to Las Vegas and St George for the wedding. I missed my kids and husband more than I could have ever imagined, but I had a blast. Jamie & Russell were sealed early in the afternoon that day and then a luncheon was held in their honor. Halfway through the luncheon I noticed that a big storm was headed our way and it started to get a little windy outside. I prayed numerous times that we wouldn't get rained out and ruin our plans for pictures that day. My prayers were definitely answered because in the 4 hours or so that we were taking pictures, not a drop of water fell. It was great because the clouds and sky definitely made for some awesome pictures.

I have so, so, so many more pictures to share and edit over the next few weeks. So stay tuned for more.






And a really random (and sad) story to share about this horse we saw on the side of the road-maybe I'll share it later when I have more time to write details. I'm just glad no one was hurt too badly.

Beautiful babe.

Here's a little sneak of a newborn I did over the weekend. Her mom is a dear friend of mine and I love her and her kids to pieces. And believe it or not- this is her 3rd and she did it all natural. Wow, I still don't know how you did it Stacey- you are my new hero.


She was a little fussy during this session. She did NOT want to fall asleep, but that was okay, we still got some great shots.

Another gorgeous maternity session. Seriously, why can't I look as good as these pregnant ladies when I'm pregnant? This session was so much fun. So laid back and we did it in their own home for a more relaxed atmosphere and setting. Here's a small little sneak preview I promised! Plenty more to come. It is NOT fair to look this good 8 months pregnant. Especially with baby #3. Can you believe it? Stacey this session was so much fun for me to do and I am having tons of fun editing. I can't wait to see what she looks like. And p.s. you are gorgeous!

This little sweetie is my newest niece. It funny because she is the 2nd baby my sister has had and both of her kids look SO much like their daddy! Look at all her hair! What a doll...

This sweet little baby girl was the winner of my free newborn session I offered on my blog a couple months back. We had an absolute blast doing this session and I was able to try out a ton of new things I've been wanting to do. Thank you, thank you to her wonderful parents who let me do all these fun things. I just love her mom and dad (and big sis too :).
