Willis Studio Session...

Kacey I'm so sorry I haven't been able to post these until tonight! I'm sure you've been dying to see the pics! So, finally, here they are!

These two cuties came all the way from Montana and we squeezed in a session while they were here visiting family for the holidays. Don't you just love their BRIGHT blue eyes and red hair! Ah, Kacey your girls are such dolls and so beautiful!

It wasn't the easiest session with two 2 year old twin girls, but no worries, I finished downloading all the pics and there are so many cute ones! I think we all were a little nervous that there weren't a whole lot of good pics after all the work we put ourselves through (bribes, candy, toys galore, etc.!), but there are a ton of great pics. But, honestly, what 2 year old IS cooperative?! Yeah, I can say that my 2 year old will let me take good pics of him probably 1/3 of the time, the other 2/3 is a wasted effort with him.

I hope you love these! It was so good to see you guys!

All of them will be in both color and Black & White, but I couldn't resist putting a couple in the vintage tone, and they'll just be extras for you to keep.
I love it!

Archer Family Session...

I had the unique privilege to photograph this beautiful family just prior to them getting sealed in the Mesa Arizona LDS Temple. The mom and dad are from Puerto Rico and came to Arizona for this special occasion that has been much awaited and anticipated. So they asked me if I could photograph their family on their special day. I was flattered that they would ask me and I loved every minute I spent with them. They all have such a bond and connection and you can really feel their love and close-knitness (is that a word!?).

Thanks for allowing me to capture your day you guys!

"D" child studio session...

These two cuties were so adorable, and Payton was so cooperative and cute! Seriously, once kids are over the age of 3 or 4, most will ham it up in front of a camera (most especially little girls!). I got to try out a couple new props I got recently, which was fun. And Koen was 7 weeks old, but wouldn't fall asleep at all. But we for sure got some adorable ones of him wide awake! I loved the way these pictures turned out! And Manda- I'm so glad you chose the vintage tone finish- its my favorite.

31 weeks and counting...

I thought I'd try out some of my own maternity shots in my studio today, so I can actually document my belly growth this pregnancy (I never documented it with my prior pregnancy, and I regret it now). Plus, I wanted to try out one of my new damask backdrops that I have FINALLY got around to completing.

It might just be my imagination, but I feel like I am getting bigger so much faster with this pregnancy!

For those of you wanting any sessions, please schedule them soon! I have several photo shoots I will be doing over the Christmas holiday season, but I am accepting sessions for January 2009. Can you believe it will be the year 2009? Wow.
I will be taking about 6 weeks off come the end of January or beginning of February to have my little baby girl. During those 6 weeks, I will do newborn studio shoots only. As always, email me with any questions you have!
